During my New Year stay, I enjoyed the stylish design and comfortable beds at this hotel. the location was also a major plus, as it was right in the middle of downtown, surrounded by shops, museums, and historical sites. Being just a few blocks away from El Zocalo made it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel had a great vibe and the staff were helpful and kind. the common areas and rooms were kept clean and well-maintained.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. One of the main drawbacks was the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms.
