I recently stayed at an amazing hotel in Mexico for a week-long vacation. The service at this hotel was impeccable, and the restaurants, especially Maris, were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and versatile, and the hotel grounds were beautiful, with a large pool area and cabanas. I loved the dry and steam saunas, as well as the morning yoga classes. The evening activities, such as concerts and piano at the bar, were a delightful touch. Additionally, guests had access to the neighboring adult-only Secrets hotel, which was a nice change of scenery. Special mention goes to our pool concierge Heime Lagunas for going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, and to Roberto at the front desk for resolving any issues we had. a great resort with friendly staff and plenty of amenities to enjoy.

Gardeners were enthusiastic and created beautiful gardens. The daily events were well-organized and executed like a fine-tuned dance. The meals and restaurant choices were superb with excellent staff. The variety of coffee throughout the day was a pleasant surprise. The pools and beach location were nice, and it was convenient to have access to the neighboring adult-only resort.

I had the best time at this resort! The Fusion and L'Etoile restaurants were absolutely amazing, with excellent food and service. I especially loved the Chicken Cordon Bleu at L'Etoile. The resort had a perfect size, not too big or small, and everything was within walking distance. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location, near the dolphin pier, was also a plus. And let's not forget about the Brazilian steakhouse and habachi restaurant, what a great feature!

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. the service provided by some of the staff was not up to par, and we had a negative experience with our complaints being disregarded.

The staff at Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort were incredibly accommodating and receptive to my needs. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and ensured that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. They were always available to answer any questions or assist with any requests I had.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the poolside bar food not being exceptional and some restrictions on accessing certain property features, they did not significantly impact my overall experience.
