Excellent WiFi, great location near the beach and restaurants. Family Room with separate sleeping rooms, spacious and well-equipped. Friendly and professional staff. Good price, exceeded expectations for breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was superb - right in the city center and just opposite the beautiful Durres beach. Secondly, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable double bed and a balcony offering a beautiful view. And lastly, the breakfast served was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from, including freshly baked brown bread.

Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as a less-than-perfect view from rooms at the rear of the hotel and a TV that wasn't working properly, these were not significant enough to detract from the overall positive experience. Despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend Nais Beach for a wonderful stay.

Not one thing.

The hotel is located just a few steps away from the beach and a lively promenade full of cafes and restaurants. the staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. the breakfast served had a great range of options, including delicious pastries and fresh fruit. We also appreciated the spacious and clean room with a balcony and a lovely sea view.

There were a few areas where improvement was needed. the room was missing some essential elements, like a proper heating system and thicker blankets that would have made our stay more comfortable during the chilly nights.

our recent visit in durres was made even better by our stay at a seaside hotel. the breakfast was impressive and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. the wifi connection was reliable throughout our stay.
