I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Chicago/Northbrook. The pool and hot tub were a perfect way to relax after a long day. The hotel layout was well-designed, although the wait for the elevator was a bit long due to events happening. The check-in process was smooth, but unfortunately, we experienced a fraudulent credit card charge the next day. Despite this, the overall stay was enjoyable.

We were impressed by the excellent service at Hilton Chicago/Northbrook. As Hilton Diamond members, we had access to the Executive Lounge, which was one of the best we've seen. The front desk clerk went above and beyond, finding us a replacement room that was ready even though we arrived early. The corner room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The shuttle service for nearby places was convenient. The restaurant had really good breakfasts. The indoor pool, outdoor pool across the street, fitness area, and sauna were all nice amenities. The location was very convenient with everything you need in the local area.

I recently had a three-night stay at this hotel for a conference, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located in the far northern suburb of Chicago within a fairly attractive park-like area. The location was very convenient for me, as I had to travel daily to Wheeling, which was just a short 10-15 minute trip.

I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the location was perfect, with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. One of the best aspects was the availability of an executive lounge, which was a great perk for Diamond members like me.
