There was no covered parking available, which would have been helpful in the hot Phoenix heat for loading and unloading my vehicle.

The pool area was not clean enough, with debris floating in the water!!! Noise disturbances late at night from other guests could easily disrupt sleep!!! The HVAC system's performance was frustrating, as it was tough to regulate room temperature!!!

I enjoy staying here because it’s conveniently located near Bass Pro Shop and a variety of dining and retail options. The room is clean and spacious with comfortable bedding, providing a perfect space to unwind after a long day. Plus, being close to Sloan Park is a nice bonus for baseball fans!

the outlet situation was a bit of a hassle , but the overall stay was memorable. the room was spacious for my family, we enjoyed the bar with those great cookies! 🥳 the staff was helpful and they had fun snack options available.

Reception was super friendly! Brekkie was lekker, just missing pancakes tho. The swimming pool looked fun, and the filtered water available to refill our bottles was a nice touch. Comfy room with plenty of space for lounging, great vibes all around.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but manageable.

my stay at hyatt place was fantastic! the queen room was spacious and very clean. i loved the outdoor pool area with the hot tub for relaxing. the staff was super nice, and they have a great system for ordering food right from the front desk. definitely a bonus!
