this hotel was just abysmal. my duvet had two small stains—how classy! the shower space was embarrassingly cramped. i shoudl have been welcomed with open arms or at least comped for the inconvenience. i thought my room woudl at least come with a view or more amenities. almost gave a decent review, but just couldn’t!

the staff at fenice were warm and attentive during check-in, and i really appreciated the complimentary late checkout. room service was convenient, and enjoying breakfast in my room was a treat.
