The food quality and variety of options at the resort were great. There were many restaurants to choose from, both inside and outside of the resort. the staff were well, trained and attentive to any requests. Additionally, the property had a great location with amazing views, including hammocks and infinity pools.

Some aspects of the all, inclusive package were unclear. We were not informed that certain menu items, such as steak or lobster, required an additional payment.

The staff provided excellent service. The restaurant and bell boy were attentive. All inclusive package included transfers to sister resort. Garden view room was conveniently located near the pool. Breakfast was enjoyable.

I had an amazing experience at this luxurious resort! The location near the marina was perfect for me as I love spending time by the water. The service at this venue was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and even dry cleaning available. The housekeeping staff kept my room spotless and the grocery shopping service was a great convenience. I also appreciated the shops and medical facilities on-site, as well as the airport shuttle and tour assistance. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with amenities such as air conditioning, a balcony, and a flat-screen TV. And the free Wi-Fi made it easy for me to stay connected throughout my stay.

The all-inclusive package was not truly inclusive, as we had to sign for checks at meals. the distance between facilities and rooms made it difficult to get around during the rainy days.

Upon arrival, unexpected room upgrade with no extra cost. Gerardo, the lobby bar bartender, was friendly. Flor, our maid, kept our room clean and set up a birthday surprise. Will definitely stay again.
