My stay at Hotel Keen was a charming experience! The breakfast pastries were a delightful surprise, featuring a variety that made each morning feel special. Typically, hotels don’t offer such personal touches, but the complimentary wine tastings in the lobby created a lovely social atmosphere that I truly enjoyed!

I loved the modern decor and cleanliness of the room, but the breakfast selection was disappointing. they ran low on food early in the week. I might not return.

Make use of the nearby cafés for breakfast. the hotel's morning offerings can be limited and might not meet expectations.

The walls are paper thin!!! Prepare to hear everything your neighbors are up to!!! Water pressure in the shower is laughably weak, and don’t even get me started on the lack of bathroom privacy with those flimsy curtains!!!

Great location near Stanford with numerous eateries within walking distance. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive. The room, although compact, was clean and had a nice atmosphere, with a good TV for entertainment. Breakfast was simple yet pleasant, offering fresh pastries. Be prepared for noise from neighboring areas. it can be quite disruptive, especially late into the night.

My two-night stay was a delightful surprise! The location was perfect, just a short walk from bars, restaurants, and Stanford University. The friendly staff made my mornings bright, and while breakfast was a bit limited on Monday, it was simple and satisfying enough. The clean, cozy ambiance made up for the small room size. Definitely worth it.

Just a fitting option for a transient stop in Palo Alto with great value for money. The room was clean and had a funky vibe, which I appreciated. Be prepared for limited breakfast options though.

We loved the cozy vibe and how accessible the entrance was for our young child. The spacious layout made moving around effortless, and the quick hop to Stanford was perfect for our family outings.

The place was conveniently located near Twin Creeks Sports Complex and Blackberry Farm Golf Course, perfect for our group activities. Rooms were clean and stylish. The coffee in the room was a nice touch. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely check it out for a great stay with friends!
