I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Tulum and I was really impressed with the value for money. The room was huge and had plenty of bright lighting, making it feel luxurious. The location was perfect for me, as it was right next to a colectivo station and there were lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had.

The breakfast could have been better if there were more options available.

The hotel had free parking available and was conveniently located to most places, including the town center and the beach. We had a wonderful stay at Elements Tulum Boutique. The modern and clean facilities exceeded our expectations, with all the amenities we wanted. The hotel and rooms looked exactly like the pictures, and the value was amazing. The location was perfect - in town but quiet at night for a good night's sleep. The included breakfast and free bikes were a great addition. The front desk staff, particularly Luis, went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. we had a great time and would definitely come back.

Located in the center of the town, this hotel is ideal for those who want to get a taste of local life. You can easily find restaurants, shops, and food carts nearby. The rooms are beautifully decorated and cleaned daily. The staff is friendly and always happy to help with recommendations. Their breakfast options are good, and it is served on the 4th floor with a great view of the surroundings.

Some may not find the hotel suitable for those with mobility issues.

As foreign tourists, we loved the communication via WhatsApp to address any issues we had, the great breakfast on the rooftop terrace , the convenient location close to supermarkets, food trucks, and plenty of restaurants. The free bikes provided were a big plus, allowing us to easily explore the city center, famous spots, and the beach.

We loved the tiny balcony attached to our room, perfect for enjoying the view and drying our bathing suits. The small pool and free bicycle rental were great amenities, even though we didn't use them. The breakfast cooks were friendly and the breakfast itself was simple but delicious. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The hotel offered two lovely complementary activities that really added to our Easter holiday experience. Its location was perfect, being walking distance from both the beach and town. the rooftop pool had a great atmosphere for relaxing.

The hotel was located quite far from the beach, requiring a 20-30 minute bike ride or 10-15 minute car ride to reach the beach resorts. Additionally, the beach itself was covered in seaweed during our visit, making it difficult to fully enjoy.
