the Grecotel in Gouves was a truly luxurious experience. From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by the beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the sea and sand. the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional, and I especially want to thank Mary, the hotel manager, for her helpful presence. the spacious and comfortable room, along with the fantastic pool and beach, made for a truly relaxing vacation. the resort is perfect for those who want to unwind and enjoy the peaceful sound of the sea. the beach, although slightly rocky, was clean and inviting.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful resort right next to the beach. The staff were amazing, and the food was pretty good too. We loved the outside bar and shisha lounge, it was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the view. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the additional restaurants on-site and the convenience of being near lots of Crete's major attractions.

The WiFi was a bit annoying and could be improved.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, with luxurious amenities and excellent service. the Spa & wellness centre was truly amazing, with a sauna, indoor swimming pool, and various massage and beauty treatments available. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for lounging in the sun and taking a refreshing dip. the beach access was convenient, and there were plenty of sun umbrellas and loungers. the live entertainment provided great evening activities, and the library was a cozy spot for relaxing. the restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast and continental breakfast was offered for free.

The only minor issue I experienced was that the indoor heated swimming pool was quite cold, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the spa facilities. this was a small drawback in an otherwise exceptional experience at this venue.

We recently stayed at Grecotel Boutique Resort and were blown away by the beauty of the hotel and the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, every interaction we had with the staff went above and beyond our expectations. the hotel's attention to detail and extra touches, like a live saxophone player during breakfast and fresh fruits in our room, made us feel like we were on a honeymoon. Special shoutouts to Polina at concierge for her excellent local advice and Manolis at the beach bar for his exceptional service. We can't wait to come back to this stunning resort!

Spent a wonderful business trip in a fantastic family hotel. the beaches were beautiful and perfect for families with warm, shallow water and plenty of activities like parasailing and beach volleyball. the buffet breakfast was one of the best I have seen. the attentive staff was one of the biggest assets of the resort. They were always eager to please and ready to help. the spacious and clean rooms were a delight, and the location was amazing with bus service available for exploring other places.

The gym was a bit small and could use some upgrading equipment. indoor spa was on the small side and could not accommodate all of the guests at times.

For the price we paid, the value we got was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a private pool that was perfect for our child. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a beautiful beach and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff treated us with utmost kindness and were always willing to assist.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety and options.
