lovely hotel, incredible views, with a beautiful indoor swimming pool and friendly desk staff who made our stay enjoyable, also offering a delightful champagne breakfast with excellent coffee.

Exceptional fish dishes and stunning indoor pool views.

I was extremely disappointed with the meal on the first night—it felt like I overpaid for average pub food while expecting fine dining. The bathroom lacked necessary products, making it feel less than accommodating. Also, be prepared for quite a trek with the stairs, which became a hassle each time I needed to navigate my luggage.

The Double Room with Eiger Mountain View was spacious, comfy, and had a nice balcony. Loved the amazing views! Breakfast was a treat with variety, including a self-serve smoothie bar. The spa area was perfect for relaxing, especially the sauna and indoor pool. Staff were super helpful, which made it even better.

The water pressure in the shower could be improved. it was inconsistent!!! The size of the showers is quite small—definitely a downside for taller guests!!! More variety in amenities would be beneficial too!!!

Had an awesome time with my friends! We hiked the North Face Trail and enjoyed the amazing views of the flowering meadows. The breakfast was a highlight, with excellent coffee and champagne. Great indoor pool to relax after our adventures. Staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

Just a heads up, there are quite a few stairs to navigate with luggage, which can be a hassle, especially after a long trip.

the bathroom products could've been better. but the breakfast was an experience with phenomenal variety and those stunning mountain views from the breakfast room were breathtaking. the staff were genuinely happy to have us. truly exceptional hospitality makes this a must-visit!

Just a smart choice for a brief pit stop in Murren with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff was incredibly helpful with my luggage, making my arrival much easier. Keep in mind there are quite a few stairs, so pack light if you can.

The staff truly went above and beyond. always welcoming and attentive. Oh, and the breakfast selection was a highlight—especially those fresh waffles! Can't forget the stunning views from every corner of this place. simply breathtaking!
