The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was situated near the main attractions we wanted to visit, making it convenient for us to explore the area. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options nearby, allowing us to easily find a romantic dinner spot. the room itself was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for our getaway.

There were a few negatives about our stay. the air conditioning in the room did not seem to work properly.

For the price we paid, we got good value and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to various eating places. The staff, especially Claudia the night manager, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us.

The breakfast menu could have been improved by offering a better oatmeal option.

Claudia was exceptional in handling a lost booking issue and multitasking with other guests, showing professionalism throughout. the best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, convenient location to the National Park, and the incredible staff.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Dinuba for a weekend getaway. The manager was incredibly sweet and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even changed our room when we were disturbed by a nearby wedding party, and the housekeeping staff added a lovely heart-shaped design on our bed. The grab-and-go breakfast, with options like yogurt and breakfast sandwiches, was convenient and tasty. The in-room coffee maker worked perfectly, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's location near various dining options was a plus. The well-lit parking lot and pleasant scent in the lobby and room added an extra touch of comfort. The heater even had a delightful rose scent, which my wife adored.
