During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the convenient location of the hotel, as it was situated close to key attractions and easily accessible to public transportation. the hotel provided a stunning view of the bustling city from our room, adding to the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel had a restaurant and café, which we didn't get a chance to try, but we heard great things about the café's offerings.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful, always checking in on us and ensuring our needs were met. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were top-notch.

The breakfast and lunch buffets were amazing and excellent value with a wide variety of choices. The restaurant staff, especially the manager Mario, were attentive and made our mother's birthday special with a cake and singing. The bar staff made delicious margaritas and our room was kept spotlessly clean. Reception staff, particularly Fernando, were helpful in arranging a private tour of Teotihuacan.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated right in the center and close to all the main tourist attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even surprised my son with a special birthday celebration, which was a memorable experience. the hotel also had a buffet with delicious food, which was a convenient option for us.

One major drawback was the thin walls of the hotel. We could hear all the conversations and noise from our neighbors, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel is conveniently located near a small shopping mall, trendy restaurants, museums, and parks. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel offered a Starbucks on the facility, and they could set visitors up for transportation anywhere.

During my stay at Emporio, I was impressed by the excellent breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of options, both Mexican and Western, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The staff was also very helpful, especially Fernando at the reception. He went above and beyond to assist us and even arranged a private tour of Teotihuacan, which was far better than the commercial tours. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring downtown and visiting the museums. I had a great experience at Emporio and would recommend it to others.

The bathtub was amazing! Also, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms due to a strong chemical smell, but the staff handled it well. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel has a good location and is near important attractions. During my Thanksgiving stay, the staff offered a complimentary shuttle service to nearby shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. the complimentary breakfast was also a plus, with a variety of tasty options to choose from.

The facilities are outdated and in dire need of renovation. the air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
