This place is located in a great area just outside the main tourist spots. The staff here are amazing, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a luxurious stay. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a drink or cup of tea. The food at the restaurant is top-notch, with delicious and beautifully presented dishes. the level of comfort and the quality of service provided at this hotel are truly exceptional.

During my recent stay at an elegant hotel in a vibrant city, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, despite the challenging circumstances with fewer tourists. The hotel room was well-equipped and had a cozy seating area by the window. Although breakfast was slightly pricey, the delicious and healthy food options made it worth trying. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and a pleasant walk to the city.

I faced a few inconveniences during my three-day stay. The shower in my room was broken for two days, and we had cold water for another two days.

We stayed in a hotel near the city center, it was convenient for sightseeing and the bus and Metro links. The hotel offered a shuttle to the airport at night which was helpful. We also had dinner in the Azul e Branco restaurant and it was delicious. In addition, the hotel was close to the main shopping street which was a bonus. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were provided, like Rituals products which is a plus.

Wow, what a great weekend! the complementary breakfast and rooftop drinks were the cherry on top of an already fantastic stay. the location was perfect, just a quick ride to all the best attractions. On top of all that, the staff were always welcoming and available to help with anything we needed.

If we had to nitpick, we would say the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking. But that's just personal preference.
