The hotel had a nice decor and comfortable furniture. the beds were especially comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was perfect, right across from the main Plaza De Armas and the Cathedral. This made it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the sights.

The customer service at the hotel was lacking. There was a lack of communication regarding events at the hotel, such as a reservation-only event on Mexico's Independence Day.

We loved the variety of fresh pastries, juice, and fruits at breakfast. Custom egg scrambles and the selection of salsas were a hit. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location, right across from the Plaza De Armas and Cathedral, was perfect.

We had an amazing time at Emporio! The location was perfect and the hotel was beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was exceptional. We ended up eating there multiple times because the food was so good. The front desk was also very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about tours and activities. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, just like the first day. We highly recommend staying at Emporio because of their beautiful accommodations, delicious breakfast buffet, and amazing staff. You won't regret it!

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel. It was right in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants. the fact that it was directly across from a beautiful cathedral added to the charm of the area. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

One aspect that I didn't like about my stay was the outdated bedding in the rooms. the sheets looked old and worn out, and despite requesting for them to be changed, they remained the same.

The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. It is directly across the street from the most beautiful cathedral in this city. Not only that, but it is surrounded by shops that you can easily walk to if you wish to buy souvenirs or food. Plus, it is just a short walk to the outskirts of the central area where you can explore all the great sites that this city has to offer.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Zacatecas for two nights over the Constitution Day holiday. The location was prime, with the Cathedral, local shops, and street life just steps away. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with a fantastic shower and super-comfortable bed. The staff, including the valet parking and front desk, were friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for my family, including 4 kids and grandma. I also appreciated that they accommodated my request for no feather pillows due to my wife's allergies. a great stay!

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the cathedral, offering easy access to all the great sites that the city has to offer. The spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay, and some rooms even offer outstanding views of the cathedral. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and includes a variety of fresh pastries, fruits, and customizable egg dishes.

The hotel lacks towel hangers in the rooms.

The location was perfect for watching the Independence Day celebrations! Although there was confusion with reservations, I was able to enjoy the terrace with a complimentary drink thanks to the hotel manager's efforts. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, and the room was beautiful and clean. I had a great stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Zacatecas and had a wonderful experience. the hotel was well-appointed and had a classy and elegant atmosphere. the room was spacious and the bedding was luxurious. the hotel staff were very attentive and courteous, always making sure that all my needs were taken care of. the location of the hotel was also a key factor for me, as it was very central and within walking distance to all the great sites and attractions in Zacatecas.

The only downside of my stay was the price in relation to what was offered. I expected more for what I was paying, especially considering that this hotel is considered one of the best in Zacatecas.

Staying here was a luxurious experience! the exclusive amenities were amazing! the Spa & Wellness centre was top-notch, offering a sauna and a spa centre, which made us feel pampered and relaxed. We loved the room advantages, including the private facilities and the location advantages. the staff was incredibly polite and attentive to our every need. the buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and was delicious. the Bar/Lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.

The noise level. There was some street noise that could be heard from the room.
