I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at Fairfield. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel valued and welcomed. They even offered a cooling towel on a hot day. The hotel's location is also great, close to downtown and within walking distance to the beach. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and great value.

Location, Location: the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to various eateries, a mall, and the marina. It was a breeze to explore the area on foot and easily access the beach, bars, and restaurants.

Noisy Room: Unfortunately, during my stay, I was given a room that backed up to a karaoke bar which played loud music until 4:00 a.m. This resulted in two sleepless nights, and despite my requests, the hotel was unable to move me to a different room.
