The staff was incredibly helpful! Easy check-in and great amenities, including a laundry service that’s perfect for families. The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the chilaquiles and Sunday menudo!

Water issues plagued my stay, and the elevators had some hiccups! No drinking water was provided during outages, which was a real inconvenience. Can't overlook these essentials!

The swimming pool door needs urgent fixing!!! It closes too fast and can really hurt someone!!! Also, luggage assistance would be a welcome addition, and more bathroom accessories would be appreciated!!! Old towels do not feel welcoming!!!

The bathrooms are lacking in accessories like cotton balls!!! It would be helpful to have a bar or cocktail service by the pool!!! Getting items from the grocery area was a hassle!!! Old towels in the bathroom could use replacement!!!

The staff exemplify outstanding service, always ready to assist with inquiries. Rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable, especially the two-queen accommodations with stunning city views. Additionally, the on-site guest laundry service is a lifesaver for parents traveling with children, and the pool area serves as a peaceful retreat after a long day. However, the main entrance pool door does require urgent attention as it can close too swiftly, posing a risk for guests.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The location is great with many dining options nearby. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, perfect for leisure time.

had a great time at fairfield inn, the staff is super friendly and always helpful. breakfast is solid, love how they keep the place clean and the views are nice. the pool area is chill and perfect for relaxed hangouts. also, the gym is pretty good for a workout. overall, really nice spot for a stay in mexicali!

only issues were that the water line broke during my stay which was a bummer, and sometimes housekeeping seems a bit inconsistent. could use a little improvement there.

Had a pretty solid experience at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, and the staff were polite, always there to help when I needed something. I remember one morning David at the breakfast area went out of his way to assist me with my coffee while I was juggling my phone and plate.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable, could be better with housekeeping.
