I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was in a quiet area with plenty of shops nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering room service and dry cleaning services to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The shuttle service was a great touch, and I was even offered a welcome drink upon arrival. My room was well-equipped with air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a flat-screen TV. The restaurant and bar areas were also lovely, with a buffet breakfast available every morning.

We had a great stay at Nh Barajas Airport. The room was very nice and despite being close to the freeway, the noise was not too bad. We particularly enjoyed the lovely pool, although there was some competition for the six chairs available. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and their English was excellent, which was a relief compared to our experiences in the rest of the country. The Hertz car rental lady at the hotel saved us a lot of trouble by allowing us to drop off our car there at no extra charge. The bed was comfortable and the airport shuttle was punctual. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the subway and just a 25-minute ride to the city center. it was a really good experience.

Stayed recently for business near the airport. the free shuttle service was very convenient and the drivers were friendly. the breakfast had a great selection of fresh items and the coffee was excellent. Two complementary facts offered were appreciated. the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

The noise from the elevator mechanical system was somewhat annoying. There was no room service and the menu at the limited restaurant had little to offer.

For the price we paid, the value at Nh Barajas Airport was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff treated us well. The location, near metro line 5, made it easy to get to the city center.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

We loved that the hotel was just a short 10-minute drive from the airport, perfect for us as bike riders. The spacious rooms and decent WiFi were great, and having a grocery store and metro station right outside was convenient. The punctual shuttle and quiet room with good lighting made our stay even better. We were pleased to find all the necessary toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap provided.
