Staff were super friendly though!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the inn was very clean. The staff was friendly and provided quick service during breakfast. There was a nice variety of breakfast items. The room was modern and pleasant. Overall, it was a satisfying stay for one night.

The hotel served as a great base for exploring various attractions, with the Museo de las Californias and Avenida Revolucion just a short distance away. I was particularly impressed by the clean, spacious rooms and the comfortable bed. While breakfast had its hiccups with some items running out quickly, the quick response from the staff helped maintain an enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Yo, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Antonio really stood out, always checking in and keeping my coffee topped up like a true chommie! Breakfast was also lekker, with fresh squeezed orange juice and real food options. Came in handy after a good night out!

Check-in was a bit of a kak hassle, took way too long to sort out our rooms, man. But the rest made up for it, I reckon.

the hotel is super clean and the staff is really friendly, especially antonio who made us feel at home. the coffee shop downstairs is legit and the tacos from the cart nearby are bomb! also, the location is perfect if u need to be close to hospital angeles for treatments. loved the breakfast, even tho it could use some more variety! comfy bed for sure, i slept like a baby.

also, u can hear everything from ur neighbors, not cool if ur tryna sleep.

The nonexistent amenities like the swimming pool were disappointing!!! It was frustrating to deal with unanswered emails regarding transport!!! Also, the bathroom is too humid without proper ventilation!!! Fix these issues, please!!!

The staff at this hotel truly shine, especially Eric at the front desk who goes above and beyond to assist. Breakfast was consistently satisfying, with a lovely buffet every morning.
