Even though I can't remember his name, he really went above and beyond to ensure that my family was well taken care of. We also appreciated the free access to the 24-hour business center, where we could easily print our visa application documents. Lastly, the gym was a nice bonus, allowing us to keep up with our fitness routine while away.
