The room was clean and had a comfortable setup, making it a nice place to unwind after a day of adventure. However, the elevator was slow, so I often opted for the stairs.

The rooftop and breakfast area showed potential for a pleasant experience, but noise from the nearby street could be disruptive, affecting sleep quality. The WiFi was unreliable and slow!!! The overall design feels corporate and lacks warmth. Basic amenities like soap were poorly maintained, and the lack of body lotion was surprising given the price!!!

What a lekker stay! The room was huge with nice storage for all my stuff, and those showers? Flippin massive! The brekkie had the best coffee and fresh scrambled eggs, couldn’t ask for more to start the day!

The walls were a bit thin, so I heard some noise from the street, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker.

Consider requesting a room away from the busy street for a quieter experience, as noise can be significant at night.

the location is super good, you can walk to so many places around la condesa. breakfast was really nice, with fresh eggs and a cozy vibe in the dining area. the staff is pretty chill and friendly, especially the lady who cleans, she's like a ray of sunshine. room was decent and clean, not flashy but served its purpose. also, loved the rooftop area, perfect for chilling out.

This place suits me perfectly! With 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and a relaxing bar area, I find everything I need for a great stay. I’ll never forget how the staff kindly brought me a bottle of water at night. Highly recommend requesting a room away from the street for a quieter experience! I'm definitely coming back for another trip.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The breakfast area is super cozy and the lady serving was really nice. The location is great for exploring. But, the cleaning was hit or miss—once our room didn't get cleaned at all. Oh, and the bed felt kinda weird with that extra pad. not the best sleep for sure.
