We recently stayed at this place and had a fabulous experience. The location is fantastic, situated in a nice area with great restaurants nearby. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed including a mini-bar and in-room safe. The hotel also offered convenient services such as room service, laundry, and wake up service. The indoor swimming pool was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The free Wi-Fi was a plus, making it easy to stay connected. we had a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Convenient parking, excellent staff, delicious breakfast, clean building and rooms. Second visit, AC and fridge issues resolved quickly. Microwave in room and improved showers would be nice. great stay.

The hotel had free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast, which was nice. the location was convenient because it was close to restaurants and shopping. the fact that there was a gym on site was a plus.

Our Thanksgiving experience was not great. the hotel was not prepared for the holiday, which made our stay uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff made me feel right at home with their friendly smiles and impeccable service. The indoor pool and 24-hour gym were a great way to relax and stay active during my stay. The breakfast, with its delicious Mexican flavors, was a delightful treat. The adjacent restaurant, Sierra Madre, even allowed me to conveniently charge my meals to the room. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.
