I stayed at J5 Port Saed for the weekend and was impressed by the spacious room with a lovely view. The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, provided excellent service from check-in to overnight services. They even granted our late check-out request. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, including my son's favorite banana milk. The towel creations by Sonita and Asther added a personal touch, and Chef Roland prepared a special breakfast for us. The location was convenient, close to the metro station and city center. an amazing stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious, clean room with a kitchenette and washer. The airport shuttle service was efficient and timely. The pool area was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me as it was just a short 5-minute drive from the airport. Being near the city center and downtown, I found it convenient to explore the area. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained, and I appreciated having all the kitchenware handy. The spacious double bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Lastly, the breakfast on the rooftop offered a nice view and had multiple options to satisfy my appetite, including plain rice.

Everything was just fine and there was nothing that needed improvement.

I had an amazing experience staying here. The hotel is in a great location in Deira, only a short taxi ride from the airport. It's also located near the city center but away from the hustle and bustle of the markets. The staff were very approachable and gave excellent customer service. The room amenities were outstanding, including a kitchen and dining area, as well as comfortable sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The hotel offers a variety of services including 24-hour room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance. The breakfast was also tasty, with many options to choose from.

This hotel is perfect for a business trip with a great location. It is only 5-7 minutes away from the airport and within walking distance to a shopping center. We also had a dinner cruise scheduled at the nearby marina. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and soft linens. The staff is accommodating and provided excellent service. Breakfast selection is decent. The gym and small pool on the top floor were also enjoyed.

The hotel does not offer alcohol due to being a "dry" hotel.

Had a wonderful new year experience at the hotel with two stunning complimentary parties organized by the team. the location is excellent with easy access to transit and popular attractions. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making the stay comfortable with their warm hospitality.

The Wi-Fi connectivity was poor in some parts of the hotel, and the rooms had a weird smell which was a bit off-putting. But overall, the experience was fantastic.
