The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of the main attractions. Our room was well-maintained and very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection of food and the coffee was delicious. It was a great way to start our Easter vacation.

The customer service provided by the front desk staff was poor and they lacked people skills. It had a negative impact on our overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the location is perfect, just steps away from the main plaza and cathedral. We loved being able to easily explore the city and have the convenience of shops and restaurants nearby. Secondly, the service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. And lastly, the room amenities were excellent. From the comfortable beds to the free toiletries provided, everything was of high quality and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this boutique hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, with easy access to all the attractions and shops. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh juice, fruit, and a tasty Mexican meal. The courtyard setting was picturesque and added to the overall charm of the hotel.

My recent stay at Dona Francisca Hotel Boutique in Talpa de Allende was fantastic! The check-in process was quick and easy, and the accessibility to the main plaza and cathedral was unbeatable. I absolutely loved the room decorations and the breathtaking view of the mountains from the third-floor common area. The hotel's location allowed us to explore the town on foot and enjoy all the sights. The room was also clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast, although limited, was delicious, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
