my recent stay in hanoi was incredible thanks to a new hotel in the old quarter. the staff went above and beyond with their friendly service, even surprising me with a birthday cake. the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was extensive. i felt well taken care of as a solo traveler.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly proactive and friendly, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the housekeeping team was professional and efficient. The design and quality of the interior were top-notch, from the comfortable beds to the well-finished shower fittings. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with bus stops nearby and being within walking distance to Taipei 101. Additionally, having a 7-11 convenience store next door was incredibly convenient, especially for any last-minute needs.

This hotel is located in the heart of the old quarter with lots of cafes, bars, and shops around. The service is excellent with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance available. The rooms are well-equipped with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff, especially the receptionist with the long eyelashes, are incredibly attentive and friendly. The leisure spa & wellness centre is a great place to relax with options for full body, head, foot, and back massages.

I highly recommend this venue to all travelers.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and really looked after me. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even packing breakfast for me when I had to leave early. the rooms were new and extremely clean, which I always appreciate. the location was perfect, being within walking distance of many attractions and shops. I loved the fact that the hotel offered complementary breakfast and a gym facility.

The street noise was quite loud at certain times of the day and it was a bit annoying, especially when trying to sleep. Unfortunately, the noise levels weren't helped when there was construction work happening next door, so that was a bit inconvenient.
