During our recent stay at Bahia Principe Grand Coba, we had a truly memorable experience. One of the highlights was the friendly and attentive service we received from the bartender, Liberato. He not only made incredible drinks, but also had a warm and welcoming personality that made us feel right at home. His sense of humor and comforting presence made our daily trips to the pool all the more enjoyable. The resort itself was stunning, the food was delicious, and the excursions were affordable. our time at Bahia Principe Grand Coba was a vacation to remember.

I had an amazing stay at this resort. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with plenty of things to do for everyone. The location was perfect, with easy access to the kid's water park and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff, especially Delmar from the entertainment team, were incredibly kind and made us feel like true friends. The food was fantastic, and we loved seeing the coatis and iguanas roaming around. The free electric trains were such a fun way to get around, and the aircon in the rooms was brilliant. The staff were organized, attentive, and helpful, and the app made it easy to make reservations and request any additional items. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the kids and teens clubs were amazing, thanks to Eric and Alberto.

We had a perfect stay in paradise at Bahia Principe Akumal Resort. The staff was kind and helpful, especially Delmar from the entertainment team. The food was delicious, especially the New Year's dinner. They paid attention to customer experience and had excellent services. Ideal for families with children.

The location, although a bit far from the beach, was still convenient with the frequent trolley service. The staff at Bahia Principe Grand Coba were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

MUCIAS GRACIAS Bahia Principe Akumal Resort for our amazing 15-night stay! The friendly staff, especially Delmar from the entertainment team, made us feel like real friends. The facilities, multiple pools, beautiful gardens, and long beach with options for every taste were outstanding. We loved the bars, adults-only areas, and the tranquil atmosphere. The location was perfect, and the all-inclusive package offered great value. The staff's friendly demeanor and perfect English made our stay even better.

Great family-friendly hotel with friendly staff and delicious food. We especially enjoyed the complimentary activities and the convenient location near shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with lovely views of the surrounding area.

On a few occasions, the room service was a bit slow, but overall, we had a very positive experience. The only other downside was that the hotel could get quite crowded, which made it a bit noisy.
