The hotel has a great location, being close to the pub street and right next to the markets. It's also in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring Siem Reap. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection, and the hotel has a nice pool for a refreshing swim after a day of temple exploration.

The bed was a bit too firm, which might not be suitable for everyone's preference.

We had a deluxe room with a king size bed and a spacious, clean bathroom. The bed and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable. The WiFi speed was fast, and the room service was efficient. The hotel had a beautiful French colonial design. The concierge provided us with useful information. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to major shopping areas and restaurants. The pool area was a great place to relax after exploring the temples. The breakfast had a good selection of delicious food. The service from the staff was outstanding, they were accommodating and patient with our questions.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! First of all, the location was absolutely perfect. It was right in the center of everything, within walking distance of all the markets and shops. Plus, there were tuk tuks available right outside the hotel to take you wherever you needed to go.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. It exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury, comfort, and service.

Location is convenient for walking to the restaurants, central market and night market. , tuk-tuk drivers nearby are friendly and willing to take you anywhere close for a low price. Breakfast offers a good variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and omelet at your convenience.

Hotel needs an upgrade; it is currently very tired looking and the linen and bedding are very old and worn.
