I had a fantastic stay at a family-friendly resort with excellent service. The staff at Otium Family Eco Club - Kids Concept were incredibly friendly and helpful, whether it was in the restaurant, spa, or housekeeping. The variety of food available was impressive, with something for everyone, including classic dishes and a great selection of snacks. The mini club and mini disco were a hit with my older son, and there were plenty of activities and facilities to keep everyone entertained. I especially appreciated the proximity to the beach, with comfortable long chairs and convenient food and drink service. I was very impressed with the quality and variety of amenities offered at the hotel.

We had a fantastic family summer holiday at a hotel that far exceeded our expectations. The hotel had beautiful manicured gardens and well-designed swimming pools. Our large room was clean and spacious, and the staff were accommodating when we requested a room with a better view. The food at the main restaurants was amazing, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel's location was also great, with a short walk or free shuttle bus ride to the beach bar, where we could enjoy drinks and the pleasant atmosphere by the lake.

One small downside was the limited entertainment options for children outside of the kids club.

Had a wonderful Xmas holiday with my family in a beautiful European hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great with plenty of options for everyone. There was a fantastic aqua bar that the kids loved, and the beach was just a short walk away. Plus, the spa treatments were amazing and really helped me relax.

The hotel was a bit far from the airport and took a while to get to. , some of the entertainment was not to our taste.

Here, we experienced a truly luxurious pampering escape. The exclusive amenities, from the decadent Spa treatments to the scrumptious Fine Dining, took care of all our needs. The Swimming pools, Outdoor and Indoor, and Jacuzzi added to the relaxation while the lively Entertainment kept the mood going. The beach access offered crystal-clear waters for us to enjoy, along with the BBQ facilities for an exceptional culinary touch. The Staff provided impeccable service, assisting us in every way.

We encountered a minor issue at the restaurant where we had a difficulty finding a clean and ready table. Nonetheless, the Staff made prompt efforts to attend to us, and it didn't affect our stay.
