I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Atlixco called Grand Gardenia. My purpose of travel was to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I felt safe throughout my stay and enjoyed the private balcony with its table and chairs. The studio with two bedrooms was spacious and the kitchenette was practical, complete with a big fridge. The terrace was large, with plenty of chairs and a huge dining table. Despite the ashes from the volcano, the pool was kept very clean. Additionally, the hotel is eco-friendly with solar panels, which I appreciated. The breakfast provided was truly delicious, and I loved that the room had four complementary water bottles.

I recently stayed at Grand Gardenia for a few nights to unwind and recharge. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and I appreciated that the property is eco-friendly with solar panels. The location is beautiful and charming. Additionally, the room provided four complimentary water bottles, which was a nice touch. The two-bedroom villa was worth the extra expense as it had two bathrooms. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helped us have a relaxed time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my time here. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the clean pool and the spacious terrace with a large dining table and plenty of chairs. The kitchenette in the studio room was practical and the big fridge was a bonus. I also appreciated that breakfast and lunch were available, even though I didn't use them. The location was convenient and saved me from a long drive to another city for a short break. I had a very relaxed time and found this hotel to be a great place to unwind.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Liked the spacious two, bedroom villa with two bathrooms, offering plenty of room for relaxation. the practical kitchenette with a big fridge was a plus. the terrace was quite big with lots of chairs and a huge dining table, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. the pool was well, maintained despite the ashes from the volcano.

Disliked the noise from nearby road, which could be very loud at times. the lack of AC and only one fan for the whole space made it uncomfortable during hot weather.

Hotel breakfast could have been better.

During our stay at Grand Gardenia, we were impressed with the spacious studio apartment and practical kitchenette. The big fridge was a bonus. The private terrace was quite large and had ample seating and a huge dining table. Despite the absence of air conditioning, we managed with the provided fan. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The private balcony with table and chairs was a lovely addition.

It is worth mentioning that the door leading outside to our private patio area had a lock issue. We were locked out for ten minutes while my partner was in the shower.
