We had a wonderful time at this hotel! the service was top-notch, with friendly and kind staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One waitress in particular, Elva, was amazing. She helped us with everything, including taking care of our children and even carrying me when I couldn't walk. the hotel itself was really nice and perfect for families. the outdoor pool with multiple water slides was a hit with the kids. We also loved the easy access to the lancha for a trip into town for meals and shopping.

We got great value for our money with the reasonable rates and sumptuous buffet breakfast included. The room was comfortable and the staff treated us with attentiveness and smiles. The location was fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and views in every direction.

stayed at a great hotel in Barra de Navidad. The included breakfasts were outstanding with a stunning view. The pools were fantastic and the service was impeccable. Can't wait to return!

Shade umbrellas needed more.

We stayed in the off season for four nights and had the run of the place. Wonderful staff, large and luxurious rooms, excellent bedding, and awesome pool. Tranquil and peaceful oasis. Reasonable rates with sumptuous buffet breakfast. Lovely pool area, clean rooms with marina balconies. Short water taxi ride to explore a charming coastal town.

Would recommend this hotel.

The rug between the beds was dirty and curled, causing us to trip at night. The locking balcony door was difficult to operate, and the temperature in the mini fridge was not cold enough. The bathroom sink was plugged, and the coffee maker didn't work properly. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room. However, the staff was courteous and quick to respond.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of fresh fruits, eggs, and cheeses. The pool was beautiful and clean, with a superb view over the marina. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and appreciated the availability of drinking water. The hotel staff were very service-oriented and friendly, and the linen in the room and at the pool was of high quality. We also liked the hotel facilities, including the gym, and the location right on the beach. we enjoyed our time here and felt well taken care of.

Absolutely nothing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and roomy, with comfortable beds and good pillows. The breakfast buffet included in the price was excellent, with many choices and an omelet station. The hotel facilities were superb, especially the clean swimming pool with stunning views. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The location of the hotel on the marina was gorgeous, with spectacular sunrise views. We loved that there were free yoga classes on the beach every day and free water aerobic classes. Additionally, the hotel had a decent gym, tennis courts, and water activities.

The place had a lovely location, with a small restaurant by the poolside and a beautiful private beach to explore. The property had a Spanish castle feel, making it big and hacienda style. The breakfast was great, with a lot of options to choose from, and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with private balconies offering stunning views of the ocean.

The hotel had problems with bugs, such as ants on the balcony and other issues with the bathrooms, like a plugged sink and leaky showerhead.

The property is breathtakingly beautiful, with enormous, well-kept grounds. Outstanding included breakfasts with a spectacular view. Spacious rooms with a spectacular marina view. Friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Lovely pool area and clean rooms.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location was great, just a short boat ride away from the town. the facilities at the hotel were excellent, especially the pool and restaurant. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There was no beach at the hotel. the breakfast buffet was just okay and the lunch and dinner menu was limited.

We had an incredible stay at this breathtaking resort. the location was simply stunning and the views from our room were absolutely amazing. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Paco the concierge who went above and beyond to assist us. the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, including fresh fruit and made-to-order omelets. the pool area was large and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the tequila bar and the friendly bartender, Ernesto. the resort was beautiful, clean, and truly exceeded our expectations.

As women travelling alone, we felt truly looked after by the staff at Grand Isla Navidad. The guys at the reception were top notch, and the concierge gentlemen went above and beyond to help and accommodate us. The maid and turn down service were wonderful, and we loved the affordable laundry service. Gabriel the tennis pro was a fantastic instructor, and we enjoyed playing tennis at the resort. The pool was stunning, and the swim aerobics with other ladies was a great experience. The food and drink service at the pool was delicious, and we loved the daily refreshments in the lobby. The included breakfast bar was out of this world. The entire hotel is grand and run by a fantastic team led by Juan Carlos.
