One of the cons mentioned by a guest was the noise in the morning near the elevators. Although our room was close to the elevators, we didn't experience any disturbances during our stay.

This place is perfectly situated downtown facing a centralized park. The location is incredible, with everything in walking distance. The staff here provide excellent customer service, accommodating our last minute requests and providing helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the hotel offers great amenities like a spa, indoor swimming pool, and fitness studio. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I recently stayed at the Lord Elgin hotel for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a clean and well-maintained appearance. I appreciated the variety of TV channels available and the fact that they have both a fitness center and swimming pool. The highlight for me, though, was the bathroom - it was absolutely amazing. The customer service at the hotel is top-notch. The staff genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable, even going above and beyond to provide extra pillows late at night. As someone who works in customer service, this level of care really impressed me. The WiFi was also excellent, which is always a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, amenities, and overall experience.

We loved the City of Ottawa car park that the valet recommended. Cheaper rates and convenient location. The staff at the hotel were excellent, especially the receptionists. The central location of the hotel was fantastic for exploring the city. The Starbucks in the lobby was a bonus for coffee lovers. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had a classic style.

The only downside was that we didn't feel very welcomed, as if nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

It's in walking distance from everything and offers a great view of the park. The staff was attentive and the rooms were spacious and clean. Plus, the deep tub was a welcome surprise.

All in all, the hotel exceeded our expectations.
