The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of Le Marais. We were just a short walk away from great Paris attractions, good restaurants, and the metro. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful decor that gave a sense of time travel to the 1920s. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served in a stunning setting was delicious.

That there were mainly French TV channels available, and we missed having access to international news channels like CNN.

The sound isolation within the hotel is not up to par, as noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms can be disturbing.

During my Xmas visit, I enjoyed how the hotel staff offered complimentary chocolates on arrival as well as a glass of champagne to celebrate the holidays. The hotel had a great location, being situated near various shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easier. what I loved most was their luxurious spa that allowed me to relax and unwind from the cold Parisian weather.

Despite having pre-booked a taxi the night before, the staff failed to inform us about it in the morning causing us to miss our flight. the front desk staff appeared to be easily irritated and lacked proper communication skills that made things difficult for us during checkout.

It's also conveniently situated near the Centre Pompidou and right in the heart of Le Marais. The room is impeccably clean, modern, and newly decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom has an awesome shower with nice pressure. The staff is helpful, kind, and friendly. The breakfast is substantial and delicious, and the view from the room is decent.
