The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, surrounded by patisseries, bars, and other amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff members are friendly, attentive, and fluent in English, ensuring excellent service throughout the stay. Guests also appreciate the lovely amenities, such as the mini bar, cappuccino machine, and high-pressure shower. The hotel's Art Deco design adds a touch of elegance to the overall experience.

The sound isolation within the hotel is not up to par, as noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms can be disturbing.

During my Xmas visit, I enjoyed how the hotel staff offered complimentary chocolates on arrival as well as a glass of champagne to celebrate the holidays. the hotel had a great location, being situated near various shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easier. what I loved most was their luxurious spa that allowed me to relax and unwind from the cold Parisian weather.

Despite having pre-booked a taxi the night before, the staff failed to inform us about it in the morning causing us to miss our flight. the front desk staff appeared to be easily irritated and lacked proper communication skills that made things difficult for us during checkout.

the staff at 9Confidentiel were passionate about ensuring a pleasant stay, and special thanks to Emily, Durat, and Katarina for their exceptional service. the location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and a fabulous gelato shop just across the road. the rooms had a charming Wes Anderson feel, with playful use of color and impeccable attention to detail. the soundproof walls and thick sliding door provided a peaceful ambiance. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
