Our first time at an all-inclusive hotel, and Park Royal exceeded our expectations! Clean rooms, fantastic restaurants, and excellent location. The best part was the amazing reef right outside the hotel, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You can easily go from the pool to the beach to the reef. So cool!

We had a pleasant stay at this beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. The service was friendly and attentive, especially in the restaurants. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel had facilities such as a gym and spa, and the snorkeling right off the resort was amazing.

Great views from the room and the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Friendly staff who were always ready to help. Good selection of food at the buffet and a la carte restaurants. Convenient location, with easy access to town and attractions. Snorkeling in front of the beach was a fantastic experience. Clean and well, maintained resort.

Limited nightly entertainment, which made evenings a bit dull. Some issues with maintenance, such as burnt, out lights and unfulfilled promises.

The beach at Park Royal was absolutely stunning! The clear turquoise waters and sandy shores made for a perfect day of relaxation and swimming. Plus, the pool area was also really nice, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas for everyone to enjoy.

The spacious rooms, good restaurants, excellent view from the infinit pool, close proximity to ferry, airport, and parks.

I stayed at Grand Park Royal for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a great water pressure. I loved the three swimming pools, especially the seaside pool where I could enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset. Snorkeling right off the private beach was a big bonus. The on-site restaurants offered delicious food, with the seafood at the Caribbean restaurant being a standout. The buffet meals were fresh and had plenty of options. The free WiFi was strong throughout the resort, and the staff was friendly and professional. After check out, I could still enjoy the hotel amenities with my wristband. it was a fantastic experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful grounds at this resort. Despite some issues with the elevators, the staff was always helpful and friendly. The Italian restaurant was a standout highlight, with delicious food and great service. I would recommend this hotel.

Unlimited snorkeling opportunities, comfortable bed, great coffee and gelato shop, and helpful staff make this all-inclusive resort a great option for a relaxing vacation. With three clean swimming pools and multiple dining options, including sea food dishes, it's easy to stay entertained and well-fed. WiFi is reliable and there's free access to drinks, snacks, and towels after check-out.

Nice pools, lush vegetation, interesting view of cruise ships. Accidentally found nearby planetarium and observatory with SKY telescope and movie. Good staff, trying hard.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The ocean view from our balcony was a pleasant surprise. The three swimming pools were clean and had bars for drinks. Snorkeling at the private beach was a great bonus. The variety of restaurants, particularly the Caribbean one, offered delicious food with an ocean view. The breakfast and lunch buffets were fresh and had plenty of options. The free WiFi was strong throughout the hotel, and the staff was friendly and helpful. After check-out, we were still able to enjoy the hotel facilities and have fun for an extra day.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel, just down the street from some fantastic shopping and right by the beautiful beach. The beach was always clean and well-maintained, with staff constantly working to keep it looking its best. The nature view at the resort was a real highlight for us, with a walk through the trees and nature that we found incredibly enjoyable. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, never once complaining or asking us to move when our little ones were being energetic during our game nights in the front lobby. The Italian restaurant had fantastic food, and the hotel also provided decent wifi. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great ocean view once we were moved to a sea view room.

This hotel is the definition of luxury! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who made my check-in process seamless. the outdoor swimming pool was absolutely stunning and the sun loungers were so comfortable. the Spa & wellness centre was an oasis of relaxation that I thoroughly enjoyed. the massage I had was one of the best I've had in a long time! the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind and the cocktails were crafted to perfection. the restaurant had a great selection of dishes and the breakfast was delicious with a range of options, including an espresso machine. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the luxurious experience.

While there were some great activities, the karaoke night didn't quite live up to my expectations.
