The views from Hacienda Encantada Resort And Residences were absolutely breathtaking. I was mesmerized by the stunning scenery every day. The food at the resort was also outstanding, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

One drawback was the confusion during check-in. The 4:00 check-in did not happen as expected, which was a bit disappointing.

I had the best food at Patio by the pool. The service there was amazing. I would eat there every day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel grounds are beautiful.

The location offers many food options, with friendly staff and an amazing all-inclusive package. The room is fantastic with a huge shower. The resort features a beautiful spa and clean pools. You can easily walk around the entire property.

We enjoyed our stay at a stunning property with incredible pools and spacious rooms. Although the coffee maker didn't work, we found great coffee at Starbucks. The daily shuttle service to the Marina was convenient. I'd recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Hacienda Encantada for our Honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The Master Suite was spacious and the view of Cabo and the crashing ocean waves was breathtaking. The resort's grounds were well-kept and pristine, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the all-inclusive package is definitely worth it for a full resort experience. We will definitely be returning and recommending this resort to everyone!

The service lacked and the staff was not attentive. The male concierge was often preoccupied with his phone and not helpful.

The resort location was ideal near the ocean and with a variety of affiliated local restaurants in town. We didn't need reservations at the only restaurant available on-site and it had excellent food. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean with good amenities. The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs.

The hotel charged for every little extra service and their additional charges felt unfair.
