I recently stayed at Hacienda Guadalupe for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, being central to all the wineries in the area. Our room on the 2nd floor was spacious, and we absolutely loved the large balcony. The bathroom was great, with good lighting that my wife really appreciated. Despite the chilly February weather, we still enjoyed the fantastic hot tub and pool. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and even welcoming us with a bottle of sparkling wine in our room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a great way to start the day before heading out for work. the location was perfect for my business trip, close to the city center and all the meetings I had to attend. being surrounded by wineries made for a nice escape from work, and the staff was very accommodating to my requests.

The pool area was not as great as I hoped for. the jacuzzi was not functioning properly and despite complaining to staff, it was still not resolved.
