The staff, especially Eferain, were awesome and spoke English fluently. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The beautiful grounds were well cared for, and the pool was refreshing. The hotel had a relaxed Mexican vibe and was within walking distance of the town center. The breakfast was excellent, although the coffee was a bit weak. Parking was easy and secure, making it convenient for guests traveling by car. our stay at Hacienda was perfect and we didn't want to leave.

This place rocked! We stayed for four nights and they gave us the same rate as the first two. The staff was awesome, especially Eferain who spoke fluent English and was so helpful. Everyone else was patient with our limited Spanish. The room was clean and a good size. They had a great tour available of the petrified falls and pools, biggest tree, Mitla ruins, rug factory, and Mexcal distillery at a great price. Parking was secure, and the restaurant was good. The overall vibe from staff and guests was perfect.

The Hotel Hacienda in Oaxaca was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Eferain who spoke fluent English and went above and beyond to assist us. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time by the pool, which was a great place to relax. The location of the hotel was ideal, being just a short 10-15 minute walk to the center of town. Additionally, as a disabled guest, I appreciated the accessible facilities and the overall accommodating atmosphere of the hotel.

Had an amazing Christmas getaway in a quaint hotel surrounded by lush gardens. the delicious complimentary breakfast and daily bottle water kept us refreshed while exploring the nearby shopping area. the location, just a short taxi ride to the city center, was perfect for a peaceful retreat. We especially enjoyed lounging by the pool, which had plenty of seating and a separate children's pool for families.

The traffic noise from the nearby road could be bothersome, but the in-room air conditioning units helped block out most of the noise. Although the hotel staff was friendly, their limited English skills made communication difficult at times.
