We had a great time at Hotel Hacienda Montesinos. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the main highway, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning before heading out for our treks. The hotel also had a beautiful pool and lovely views from the rooms. a wonderful stay!

There was some noise from nearby events that disturbed our sleep on one night.

The hotel staff - unbelievably friendly, professional. The people staying here - awesome, laid back, super friendly. Helpful staff - work around your schedule, prompt response to requests. Management - upgrading things, quick to fix issues. Great bird and iguana watching. Convenient location - lots of little stores nearby.

Had a nice weekend with fabulous companions. the friendly people around were a big plus and made the stay quite enjoyable. We were very lucky to have great bird and iguana watching opportunities right across the street. the stunning location was definitely a reason we booked this hotel, although it was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the highway road. the helpful staff was another advantage, they were accommodating to our schedule and were quick to resolve issues like the replacement of our burnt cooktop.

A few things didn't quite meet our expectations. the pictures on the hotel website did not match the reality of the musty and dusty rooms.

The staff was friendly and professional, making the stay enjoyable. Cooktop was promptly replaced when not working. Great bird and iguana watching nearby. Convenient stores located down the street.
