The Hacienda Campeche hotel is well-located in the city center, making it convenient for exploring on foot. The pool, constructed across three houses, is a unique and eye-catching feature. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious, with a charming combination of stone and wood walls. The hotel offers good WiFi and an excellent restaurant.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Located in the heart of a UNESCO city, this restored colonial property exudes an undeniably charming atmosphere. The pool, created by linking five rooms from old houses, provides a unique cooling spot. The efficient and polite staff, particularly Carlos, adds to the overall excellent experience. A well-located stay, with a surprising pool and good WiFi.

We enjoyed staying in the heart of the historical center. This hotel has a unique architecture and is definitely one-of-a-kind. The rooms are exquisite and offer luxurious amenities such as a private terrace and outdoor shower. The spa center is amazing, perfect to unwind and relax after a long day exploring the city. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing an excellent service.

The pool is a bit small and not really ideal for swimming. Additionally, parking can be a bit of an issue during peak season.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. the location was not convenient for exploring the city, and the atmosphere was not charming.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. The restaurant served delicious meals and the service was top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom that had all the necessary amenities.

The noise from the nearby bar/restaurant on weekends was quite bothersome, especially for light sleepers.
