We were pleasantly surprised to see the former president of Mexico, Vicente Fox, casually engaging with guests during our stay at this charming hotel. The attention to detail in the rooms was delightful, and the overall charm and feel of the place left us enchanted. We can't wait to return!

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I felt like royalty. The luxurious amenities, the friendly staff, and the peaceful atmosphere made it an unforgettable experience. The outdoor swimming pool was an oasis of serenity, surrounded by lush gardens and beach umbrellas. The Spa & wellness centre was impressive, offering a variety of massages and treatments. The In-room breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options that exceeded my expectations.

My only minor issue was with the dinner options at the restaurant. Though the food was tasty, there were limited vegetarian options available.

The location is not ideal, as there are limited food options in the town and guests have to go to a nearby city to find more variety. Additionally, the noise level in the rooms is quite high, with poor soundproofing, making it difficult to have a peaceful sleep. However, the hotel itself is charming and has a beautiful surrounding area. The rooms are well-decorated and attention to detail is evident. The staff members are attentive and provide good service. Guests can also enjoy the spa and explore the nearby crops using the complimentary bicycles.

Food options in the restaurant are minimal, especially for vegetarians.

The resort exceeds expectations with attentive staff, beautiful rooms, and surprises around every corner. Terry cloth robes add to the luxurious experience. The underground cava dining area is stunning and the food is five-star. The price is unbelievable, making it a worthwhile stay near the airport.

The beautiful surroundings and spa facilities were great for a romantic, relaxing escape. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding crops on bicycles provided by the hotel. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a mix of Mexican and continental options.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, and the soundproofing of the rooms was poor. We were disturbed by noise from the street, other guests, and even a cinema room below our room.
