Great oceanfront location, with rooms facing the water and the sound of waves to fall asleep to. Welcome drink and anniversary wine were nice gestures. Good food at the on-site restaurant. Lava pools nearby are accessible to all.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt very welcomed and well-informed by the friendly hotel staff. The room had stunning sea views and was tastefully decorated. I loved having a large balcony with a sun lounger and comfortable chairs to relax on. The daily cleaning service and little treats left on the bed were a nice touch. The hotel provided a soft dressing gown, slippers, and a beach towel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including champagne. The restaurant meal was tasty and good value. On my husband's birthday, they even surprised him with a lovely birthday cake. The added extras like the Jacuzzi, sauna, and roof sun loungers were fantastic.

I felt very at home during my stay and have no complaints.

Our stay was fantastic, with two great complementary facts, an amazing view of the ocean and the stunning mountains surrounding it. The key location was also a plus, as it allowed us to relax and fully unwind during our city break. we enjoyed the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel.

We did have a few negative experiences during our stay. the menu was not very diverse, which meant we had to eat the same meals often.

The only downside to this incredible hotel is that I can't recommend it enough to families. It truly is a place that offers enhanced comfort, quality services, and a luxurious experience.

We loved waking up to the breathtaking view of the Atlantic crashing onto the rocks from our king-sized bed. The daily treats left on the bed were a wonderful touch, and the bedrooms were immaculate. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were fantastic, catering to all tastes and cuisines. The half board dinners were superb, with great quality and beautiful presentation. The service provided was top class. The Christmas Eve Dinner had a lovely atmosphere and was reasonably priced. We also enjoyed free access to the natural pools, as well as the jacuzzi and sauna. Porto Moniz is a small village, perfect for exploring on foot. Free parking right in front of the hotel was a plus. our stay at Aqua Natura Madeira was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club and is surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff is warm, friendly, and always ready to assist. The restaurant offers delicious and reasonably priced food, making dining a delightful experience. Additionally, guests can enjoy free access to the natural pools, free parking with reimbursement if full, and the convenience of a kettle with coffee and tea in the room.

The hotel had a mishap with a dinner reservation, causing disappointment for guests seeking a special evening.

The location was perfect, right near the natural swimming pools. It was so convenient to be able to walk there in just a few minutes.

There were a couple of drawbacks. First, it was extremely difficult to find parking nearby.
