I had a fantastic stay in this place! The room was big, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden area. The pub downstairs was a great bonus, offering a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. The staff were amazing, friendly, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They even served me a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. the service was top-notch, and the amenities such as the ironing facilities and free toiletries made my stay even more convenient. Will definitely come back!

Great location, easy to find. Rooms were very clean and modern, with all necessary amenities provided. Enjoyed the evening meal, which was tasty and reasonably priced. Loved the warm welcome by the staff and the cozy atmosphere created by the roaring fire. The ambience of the place was lovely. The staff were friendly and professional, and the food was excellent. The ability to come and go as we pleased, even when the hotel was closed, was a bonus. The check-out time of 11 am worked well for us.

The road outside could get a bit noisy when trucks passed by, so it would be better to request a room at the back. Missed having breakfast during our mid-week stay, as it was apparently only available on weekends.

The hotel facilities were great, with clean and spacious rooms. They provided tea, coffee, and bottled water, as well as toiletries. The hotel's beer garden was lovely, and there was even a space for walking your dog. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast was cooked fresh to order. The staff were attentive and provided excellent customer service. They made me feel welcome and took care of all my needs. it was a wonderful experience.

During my stay, I enjoyed exploring the surroundings of the hotel. I took a taxi into Chorley town centre and discovered some charming cafes in the next village. The hotel's garden area, particularly the beer garden, was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist. Although I didn't have breakfast, I heard good things about it from other guests.

That the hotel had to relocate me due to a water leakage. Unfortunately, the alternative hotel I was placed in was not up to my expectations.

Good transport links to Chorley town center and a nearby village café. Beautiful garden seating areas.

The hotel had a great location for our Easter trip, making it easy to explore the nearby areas. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food at the onsite restaurant was exceptional. We also loved the cozy atmosphere of the pub area, which had a rustic charm.

The emergency light had a bright green light that stayed on throughout the night and was too bright for our liking. the road outside the hotel was much noisier than we anticipated, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

I stayed at Hinds Head for a relaxing weekend getaway with my elderly mother. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the food was delicious and well-priced. The room had an amazing view, was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was brilliant. The pub garden overlooking fields was a lovely spot to relax. The staff, including the proprietors, were welcoming and kind. The hotel had plenty of seating areas and a play area for kids. We will definitely be back!

The value for money at Hinds Head was excellent, with a lovely big room and plenty of coffee and tea provided. The staff were absolutely 5-star, with a friendly and organized check-in process and fantastic customer service throughout our stay. The pub below was also a great addition, with a cozy atmosphere and delicious food.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better at Hinds Head would be to have a well-lit mirror for getting ready and a socket near the full-length mirror.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to a beautiful garden area where you can relax and unwind. it is conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to explore Chorley. The staff in the pub are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. there is a nearby cafe in the next village, perfect for a leisurely morning stroll and a delicious breakfast.

There was a slight issue with the noise as the hotel fronts onto a busy road.

Additionally, the bed was cozy and provided a great night's sleep. The towels and bedding were of high quality, adding to the overall comfort. The location of the hotel was nice and the free parking was convenient.

I would have appreciated more amenities in the room, such as an ample amount of shower gel for multiple uses and more pillows. The noise from the main road outside was a bit disruptive, but it wasn't the hotel's fault.

The location is convenient near the M6. The room had a new toilet/shower and clean bedding. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Free parking available.

We stayed at Hinds Head for a family funeral and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They allowed us to check in early so we could freshen up and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was beautifully decorated with lovely views and the bed was very comfortable. The food at both lunch and breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were warm, friendly, and responsive to our needs. The outside facilities were superb for special events. Would recommend to everyone!
