The hotel amenities were fantastic. I loved the pool area and the views were breathtaking. The staff was attentive and accommodating. When I had an issue with my room, they quickly moved me to a new one.

The hotel is located in a central area with many activities to do. The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast had various options to choose from and the view from the room was stunning.

There were issues with restaurant reservations not being properly managed, causing frustration to guests.

Multiple heated pools with water slides available. Excellent service from friendly staff. Cozy rooms with daily room service, replenishing of coffee and fridge supplies. A variety of activities like nightly entertainment, classes at the gym, and shops to explore.

Great pools, delicious food, friendly service, comfortable rooms, many activity choices.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the stunning views and the great gym facilities at the hotel. the complementary good food and drinks were beyond my expectations. the hotel's strategic location offered easy access to various destinations and activities around the area.

Some customers didn't clean after themselves, which made the swimming experience quite unpleasant. the hotel was quite far from the town, and it was costly to venture outside.

For the price we paid, we felt like we got a lot of value. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved having our own bathtub on the patio. The location was great, with a beautiful beach for walks and plenty of pools to relax in. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The morning meal could use some improvement.

The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, and transportation options made it easy to do other activities. Additionally, the breakfast options were fantastic.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. the staff provided exceptional service and the restaurant offered special diet menus. the outdoor swimming pool had sun loungers and beach umbrellas, and the garden area had a peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful view. Entertainment was available with live music performances and a bar/lounge area.

The hotel was crowded and finding a spot near the pools and sun loungers was difficult at times.
