From day one, staff kindly helped me find my lost ID card. Such care made me feel safe. Amenities like Wi, Fi, free parking, fitness center, and 24, hour reception suit my needs perfectly. Plus, it's pet, friendly and no smoking allowed. Coming back for Christmas! .

The breakfast was top, notch, truly one of the best I've had in weeks. They had 24, hour popcorn, which was a great late, night snack option. the central location made it super easy to get to restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist.

The room temperature was uncomfortable, and the humidity made everything feel damp. There was no elevator, and the room had a strange odor.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. the complimentary toothbrush and razor were a thoughtful touch. the breakfast spread was one of the best we've had recently. However, the room temperature was extremely uncomfortable at times. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the central location of the hotel, close to downtown and fast food restaurants. the hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a safe location. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the lake made for beautiful walks along the waterfront. Cons: No complaints whatsoever.
