We definitely got good value for our money with a lovely, clean and welcoming apartment. The location was great, with easy access to popular attractions and local bars and restaurants. The staff treated us well and ensured our stay was comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the tourist attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The transportation options were convenient, with a metro station just a 10-minute walk away, and a bus station only 5 minutes away. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach was a great advantage, allowing for a quick and easy trip to the beautiful coastline.

I recently stayed at Cosmo Apartments Consell De Cent - Plaza Universitat for a few days with my family. The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. We loved the inviting lounge in the main office, complete with a play area for children and locker facility. It was a great spot to wait comfortably if we arrived early. The apartment itself was fantastic, located very close to La Rambla street and other attractions. The cleanliness of the room and the security of the building were impressive. The well-equipped kitchen, plentiful towels, hot and cold shower, and available shampoo and body wash made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the AC, luggage storage, and nearby Lidl and convenient stores. it exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return.

The location of these apartments is superb, right in the heart of the city. It's so convenient to walk around and explore all the nearby attractions. Public transport is also easily accessible, with the station just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable stay.

The communication and customer service could be improved. Some guests experienced difficulties with check-in, late check-out, and getting a response from the staff.
