I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. The room I was initially given had a faulty lock and issues with the shower and mirror light, but the staff quickly resolved the problem and moved me to a different room. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the concierge who helped me with suggestions and calling cabs. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! the rooms were clean and comfortable with top-notch amenities like big TVs and a cozy bar. the location was key, with plenty of options for shopping, dining and enjoying the nightlife within walking distance. the staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Although the view from the room could have been better, it didn't matter with all the great things to do around the hotel. we had to bring our own toiletries, but that was a small inconvenience compared to the overall excellent experience we had.

Some staff members, specifically at the front desk and restaurant, lack proper training and may have difficulty with procedures and invoices.
