This hotel is conveniently located close to the main bus terminal, making it easy to travel around the city. It is situated in the vibrant Santa Fe district, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is delicious.

The staff at Ramada were incredibly attentive and efficient. When I noticed a small issue in my room, they immediately sent a team of housekeeping staff to address it. The level of service was exceptional and they even went above and beyond by offering to bring me slippers when they saw I was barefoot. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with large mirrors and comfortable beds. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, situated in an elegant district, offers enhanced comfort and quality services. Everything we needed was provided, from the spacious and clean rooms to the fantastic amenities such as the sauna and jacuzzi. The staff was incredibly responsive and the manager, Gerardo, was always available to assist us. The room itself was impressive, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area on site. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Great value for the price! Our room was spacious and clean. We appreciated having comfortable beds and big mirrors. the housekeeping service was quick and efficient. We were impressed by the staff's willingness to help, especially when they offered us slippers to wear. Another bonus is that there are lots of great restaurants nearby, and the hotel is in a convenient location for exploring.

We had some communication issues with the staff because they mainly spoke Spanish. the location was a bit further from the central city sights than we expected.
