The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with the rooms and facilities being spotless. The location was perfect, away from the noise of Tulum town but still close enough to enjoy the local restaurants. The hotel had plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind, with beautiful outdoor areas and a spacious central pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service throughout my stay.

Our stay at Hotel Bardo was worth every penny. The room was fantastic and the value for money was great. The location was peaceful, surrounded by nature, and we enjoyed being away from the beach crowds. The staff at Bardo treated us like royalty, providing excellent service and making us feel at home.

The breakfast option could have been better with more variety.

The private pool in our villa was a great addition to our stay at Bardo. The villa design and natural surroundings created a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Although check-in was a bit disorganized, the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are stylish, well-decorated, and clean. The pool area is surrounded by lush greenery and is a tranquil retreat. The outdoor shower and personal plunge pool are great features. The staff is attentive and helpful. The location allows for easy access to nearby attractions such as ruins and the beach.

Had a pretty relaxing Thanksgiving weekend. The good thing was the complimentary WiFi: it allowed me to stay connected with my friends and family back home. , the heating system kept the room super warm and cozy, which is a big plus as it was pretty chilly outside. The hotel is located close to some good restaurants and shops, which was convenient.

The hotel pool was freezing cold, and the staff didn't seem to care enough to heat it up. The rooms were really small and cramped, making it difficult to move around especially with all the luggage.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs, including the Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and garden area. The Full body massage was exceptional and left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The dining experience was fantastic with delicious meals served in the in-room breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The private facilities were also a great advantage, giving us privacy and exclusivity like no other.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location, which was a little awkward. Although it was secluded and private, it took a while to get anywhere, especially given the state of the roads.

Our stay at Bardo - Adults Only was value for money with beautiful and clean villas, a serene atmosphere, and the added bonus of a private pool. The location was great, not overcrowded, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety and freshness.

As young travelers, we absolutely loved the calming atmosphere and paradise-like feel of Hotel Bardo. The complimentary yoga sessions were top-notch and the whole team was attentive and awesome.

We felt very well during our stay, nothing was too much trouble.
