The hotel is conveniently located close to everything Puebla has to offer. Guests can easily walk to the nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel is also close to smart shops and other attractions.

Some guests experienced difficulties with the room lock, which could be improved by better maintenance.

The location was perfect, close to the market and attractions. The breakfast included fresh juice, fruit, and eggs cooked to order. I would recommend this hotel for its charm and value.

Quiet and charming rooms with colonial feel, ample storage space, and large bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff, coffee and water provided. Good value for money.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the historical center. The building, constructed in 1697, added to the charm and character of the place. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to all of our needs. They even offered services like dry cleaning and assistance with tours and tickets.

Had an amazing Christmas holiday at this historical property! Enjoyed the friendly staff and the great breakfast included with the room. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from great restaurants and stirring sights. Loved the vintage feel of the decoration and the gifted toiletries were an added bonus.

The lack of an elevator was a downside, lifting the luggage was a bit of a workout. We were not entirely comfortable during the earthquake, the creaking of the building added to the scare of the day.
