The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the station, making it easy to explore the city. They also offered free kimono hire and bikes, perfect for bike riders like us.

We felt completely satisfied with our stay, with no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel had some complementary activities which added some value to the stay. the location was great for access to public transportation and walking distance to popular areas. the facilities were modern and well-maintained.

The room was too small to comfortably store our luggage and the noise from nearby bells and cafe machinery was really disruptive. this made our stay less enjoyable and more difficult.

my recent stay in osaka was fantastic. wbf hommachi exceeded my expectations with their clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent buffet breakfast. the free kimono hire and bikes were a nice touch too!
