The hotel had spacious rooms with all the regular amenities such as a mini bar and safe. the high ceilings and large bathroom were nice touches. the location was also convenient, right on the main square with a magnificent cathedral. However, the noise from the rooftop event completely overshadowed these positives.

The room at Casa Grande Hotel Boutique was absolutely stunning, with tall ceilings and elegant decor. The bathroom was amazing, with double sinks and a spacious shower. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a Nespresso machine and a huge entertainment center. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The front patio restaurant was a great place to enjoy meals, with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. I had an incredible experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even though we didn't speak Spanish. the room was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. We also loved the fact that we had a minibar and a safe in our room for convenience.

The only downside was that the rooftop terrace can get quite noisy during events. We weren't informed about this when we booked, so it was a bit of a surprise.

The lighting in the room was quite poor, making it difficult to read. The hanging light's output wasn't sufficient, and the floor lights didn't work at all.

This hotel outpaces other establishments in the city, with its welcoming environment that affords luxurious amenities which gratify even the most demanding guests. the Spa & Wellness centre enables the guests to unwind and indulge in an array of massages such as a full-body, foot, back, head massage, and more. the sun terrace proposes a magnificent view of the city and guests can savour a dose of their preferred cocktail at the bar/lounge, befittingly decorated with a relaxing ambience.

Although this hotel's dining is commendable, the restaurant's dinner menu tends to overcomplicate dishes, which harms the taste. breakfast offers a variety of international and regional options with attentive table service that's ideal for early birds and foodies alike.

The location was perfect, the historic building was beautiful, the bedroom was spacious and comfortable, Jorge provided excellent service in perfect English, and the hotel was well-maintained compared to others in the area. The restaurant was the best in Morelia and the staff were knowledgeable and efficient.

One negative aspect is that we encountered a lying driver/tour guide who is associated with the hotel. He made promises that were unfulfilled and ended up overcharging us at the airport.

With only 12 rooms, the hotel was incredibly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. The highlight of my mornings was enjoying a delicious breakfast in the restaurant, with a menu full of delectable Mexican and Continental options. The staff were attentive and friendly, even going above and beyond to accommodate my early departure by making a special breakfast request. The hotel also offered stunning event and conference spaces on the second floor, boasting breathtaking views of the city. The only downside was some noise from a neighboring bar, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. The location couldn't have been more perfect, situated right by the plaza and cathedral, with convenient amenities nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful stay in a beautiful city.
